Welcome to Upper Leon River Municipal Water District

Since our inception the Upper Leon River Municipal Water District has grown to serve over 20,000 customers.  Our multi-county service area includes Comanche, DeLeon, Dublin, Gorman, Hamilton, and other rural communities.  Our purpose is to provide, process, and transport water to all our customers.
