Texas Commission on Environmental Quality
TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) is the lead environmental agency for the state. Upper Leon River MWD corresponds with TCEQ's regional office located in Abilene, TX. TCEQ was formally known as TNRCC (Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission).
